You may ask..."What the heck is a Flexitarian?"
Well...."It's a person who has a primarily vegetarian diet but occasionally eats meat or fish".
Over the course of 20 yrs., I have played around with trying to become a Vegetarian and while my journey has lead me to more of a 'plant-based' lifestyle, I choose the FLEXIBILITY to eat chicken and/or fish and seafood upon occasion. No longer am I restricted to the confines of a BOX.

What started out as a personal desire for quality vegetarian and vegan inspired food options, has turned into a passion of creating  HEALTHY pizza crusts. I take great pride in offering only the freshest organic foods and maintaining flavorful and savory yumminess!

My Cali'Crusts are virtually CARB-FREE and a wonderful reason to feel good about eating pizza on any night of the week.

SLASH carbs and boast flavor with my veggie-loaded pizza.  Get creative with your topping because my cauliflower pizza crusts packs a PUNCH with 2-3 cups of vegetable per servings.

Now you can eat your pizza 'GUILT FREE'!!

A vegetarian or vegan lifestyle isn't for everyone, we know. But, even for meat-eaters, is a nice change of pace to eat an pizza alternative that is virtually carb-free​!!  

My Cali'Crusts are made with 5-Fresh ingredients:  Fresh Cauliflower, Egg(s), Cheese(s) and Herb/Spices.  

The name speaks to it's nature: it is simply a pizza crust made with cauliflower instead of pizza dough.
